For Every Stage of Early Childhood
We care for children from 3 months to school age, with age-appropriate activities and group settings that support every stage of early development:
Preschoolers (3+ years)
We encourage creativity, critical thinking, and emotional awareness through play, conversation, and group activities. Children prepare for school, and learn to express themselves in their own way.
Toddlers (18 months – 3 years)
With clear routines and warm guidance, we support toddlers as they explore the world. We nurture language development, social interaction while helping them find their place in the group.
Infants (3–18 months)
We focus on building trust and emotional security through gentle care and sensory play. Early motor skills and first steps in communication are supported in a calm, safe environment.
Learning Through Play & Exploration
Our daily rhythm is lively, creative, and connected to nature:
- Regular forest days and outdoor excursions
- Creative projects with colors, music, and storytelling
- Weekly themes exploring topics like animals, seasons, or celebrations all through playful discovery

Healthy Meals & Nutrition
At Job & Family, we believe that good food fuels healthy development. That’s why we prepare fresh, balanced meals on-site every day.
Our weekly menu is seasonal and varied, offering child-friendly dishes that introduce different flavors while respecting allergies and dietary needs.
We use high-quality ingredients and cook with care creating meals that are not only nutritious, but also enjoyable for children.
Mealtimes are more than just eating they’re a chance to share, connect, and build healthy habits together.
A Bilingual Kita: German & English
At Job & Family, we are a bilingual Kita German is our main language, but English is naturally integrated into our daily routine.
One of our educators speaks English during certain activities and outings, and all team members understand and speak multiple languages.
This creates a warm, inclusive environment where children are gently introduced to both German and English through play and interaction.

We’re open Monday to Friday, 07:00–18:30, with flexible drop-off and pick-up times tailored to support working families.
Pricing
We offer a fixed daily rate that covers everything: meals, materials, and activities.
- Normal rate: CHF 125.– per day
- Infant rate (3–18 months): CHF 140.– per day
